The meeting was called to order by President Craig Jacobs at around 7pm in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, City Hall, Plano, Texas.  There were 9 members in attendance.  Craig presented an agenda for the meeting which was discussed and approved.

Secretary/Treasurer Vicki Verinder read the minutes of the last meeting which were approved.  She also gave the treasurer's report.  The account has $632.40 with no outstanding expenses.

Craig thanked all for help on his yard during Make a Difference Day on October 25th and both he and James said the plants and yards were during well. Dell Perry will be glad to donate some more plants and Craig will be glad to give away his extra dirt. There was discussion about before and after pictures of the yards that were modified to show the improvement of the neighborhood.

We talked about the continuing traffic problems around Barron School.  The problems are both in the parking for staff and the picking up of students after classes.

We talked about the shopping cart problem and how it was addressed in the newspaper article as well as efforts being made by Fiesta and Carnival to return the carts to their property.  Lester Awalt , Carnival manager, at   972-578-1009 is the one to notify with exact directions as to where to pick up their carts.  A wish list of  the continuing needs of the neighborhood has been started and will be published on the web so we can all add to it and will be used for input to the city council.

Annual Plans include Keep Plano Beautiful, National Night Out, and Make a Difference Day for 2004. Added to that list was adding more keystone house yards to the beautification effort as well as our section of Parker Road .

Officer Nors talked about crime watch stats and  traffic problem areas.

Next meeting will be January 8th,2004 and any changes or additions to the agenda can be e-mailed to Craig.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm.

Respectfully submitted,

Vicki Verinder, Secretary/Treasurer
