Minutes of the General Meeting held March11,2004

The meeting was called to order by Vice President James Edwards at 7:09 pm in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, City Hall, Plano, Texas. There were 6 members in attendance. James presented an agenda for the meeting which was discussed and approved.

Secretary/Treasurer Vicki Verinder read the minutes of the last meeting which were approved. She also gave the treasurer's report. The account has $632.40 with no outstanding expenses.

The DMN article on shopping carts was discussed and Officer Nors gave an update on the progress of the ordinance being considered. It was stated that we need to show up at the city council meeting when the ordinance is brought up to express our views and show our support.

The problems with the parks being maintained in a correct manner were discussed. We also talked about traffic problems at Barron and the new parking procedures on Abbey.

Both the continuing landscape project on Sherwood on March 20^th and the Great American Cleanup on April 3^rd were mentioned. Two amounts of $25 each were approved to spend on items for the projects.

Officer Nors talked about crime watch stats and traffic problem areas.

Next meeting will be on April 8th.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:10pm.
