VILLAGE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

Minutes of the General Meeting held July 12, 2007

The meeting was called to order by President Craig Jacobs at 7:10 pm in the Building Inspection Conference Room, City Hall, Plano, Texas. There were 7 members in attendance, no guests, constituting a quorum. The agenda was distributed, discussed and approved.

There were no minutes of the last meeting. The treasury report were read and approved. The treasury has $605.69.

Old Business: None.

New Business: None.

Committee Reports:

Parker Road Widening: This project has started with the Parker Rd., Ave. K intersection improvements. TXU has installed the temporary lights along Parker.

Wyatt North Repaving: This is underway.

Parker Road/US 75 Interchange: No report.

National Night Out: Supply assignments: Doug, buns. Craig, dogs. Linda, lemonade. Gene & Vicki, condiments, chips, cookies. James will arrange to have city recycling attend. Gene will get the bounce house from Linda Santibanez. Everyone is invited to assist in setup (at 5:00) and takedown. Craig will contact the city for police and fire department attendance. The newsletter is due to be delivered the weekend of 7/28. We will begin setting up at 5:00 and start serving at 6:00.

Crime Watch Report: None. It was noted that we seem to be having a slow time for crime in the area.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:47 pm.
