VILLAGE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

Minutes of the General Meeting held January 10, 2008

The meeting was called to order by President Gene Verinder at 7:05 pm in the Building Inspection Conference Room, City Hall, Plano, Texas. There were 6 members in attendance.

The agenda reviewed and approved. The minutes of the last meeting were approved and the treasury report was read and approved. The treasury has $605.69.

Old Business: none

New Business:

Craig was told by municipal services to contact Dart about any beautification of the bus stop. Gene talked to traffic engineering to see about lowering the speed limit and was told it was probably not feasible. Doug was not able to access city meeting agendas.

Current projects:

Parker Road widening is in progress. For any traffic problem violations we should contact the police department.

Parker Road/US75 Interchange is going to be done but will probably be delayed.r our neighborhood. He said a computer program that would locate our neighborhood street names would be helpful.

Crime Watch report was given by John Wilson.
