VILLAGE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
Minutes of the General Meeting held November 13th, 2008
The meeting was called to order by Vice President James Edwards at 7:02 pm outside City Hall, Plano, Texas. There were 5 members in attendance.
The agenda was reviewed and approved. The minutes of the last meeting were approved and the treasury report was read and approved. The treasury has $605.69.
Crime Watch: no items were reported.
Old Business: none.
New Business:
Elections were held. The present officers were reelected by acclimation. They are:
President, Gene Verinder
Vice President: James Edwards
Secretary/Treasurer, Vicki Verinder
Director: Linda Doyle
Director: Doug Jacobs
James Edwards and Jan Thatcher discussed a city sponsored meeting they attended at which a reinvigorating effort for east Plano was discussed.
Current Projects: None in progress.
Future projects: none mentioned.
Committee Reports:
1) Parker Road Widening: discussed.
2) Parker Road / US 75 Interchange Presentation: discussed.
