VILLAGE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
Minutes of the General Meeting held May 14th, 2009
The meeting was called to order by President Gene Verinder at 7:05 pm, Harrington Library Activities Room, Plano, Texas. There were 6 members and no guests in attendance.
The agenda was reviewed and approved. There were no minutes of the last meeting. The treasury report was read and approved. The treasury has $605.69.
Crime Watch: Nothing discussed.
Old Business: The block party was discussed and we decided on lemonade and cookies. James will provide a signup sheet and Monique will bring surveys to fill in.
New Business:
None.
Current Projects:
Bush Trimming: no new updates
Alley Numbering: no new updates
Committee Reports:
Parker Road Widening: discussed – completed except for street lights.
Parker Road / US 75 Interchange: discussed.
Comments:
James asked to find out how to present a new ordinance to the city and if there is a procedure for us to follow if we want to do so.
Next Meeting: Scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th because the room is in use for our time slot on Thursday. Jan will make the library reservation.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.
