VILLAGE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

Minutes of the General Meeting held July 9^th, 2009

The meeting was called to order by President Gene Verinder at 7:05 pm, Harrington Library Activities Room, Plano, Texas. There were 5 members and 1 guest in attendance.

The agenda was reviewed and approved. There were no minutes of the last meeting. The treasury report was read and approved. The treasury has $605.69.

Crime Watch: Nothing discussed.

Old Business: The block party was discussed. Monique brought us up to date on the surveys.

New Business: Started discussion on NNO which will occur on Oct 6th.

Need to find a Spanish translator.

Web site is up and running and can be used to promote NNO.

Letters should be written to Target and Costco seeking donations.

We can ask those who want to bring a potluck dish to share.

Monique will try to set up a community service clean-up date in September. She will e-mail details. Also a clean-up day on October 24 with a dumpster provided. (national Make a Difference Day)

Bush Trimming: no new updates

Alley Numbering: no new updates
