VILLAGE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
Minutes of the General Meeting held September 10th, 2009
The meeting was called to order by Vice President James Edwards at 7:00 pm, Harrington Library Activities Room, Plano, Texas. There were 5 members in attendance.
The agenda was reviewed and approved. There were no minutes of the last meeting. The treasury report was read and approved. The treasury has $556.03.
Crime Watch: Nothing discussed.
Old Business: National Night Out planning took up most of the meeting. Doug will provide hotdogs, buns and the pot. Vicki and Gene will get chips, cookies, lemonade and condiments. The city will send members of the Crime Prevention Unit and Property Standards Department. It was agreed to have several signs posted in the neighborhood announcing the event. Monique will also have surveys to fill out for anyone that has not done so.
New Business: Our elections in November will be advertised on the website by Doug.
